I would like to lose a little weight but find it hard due to being a fussy eater, the OH thinks he's feeding an army and well I guess a busy life sometimes gets in the way. I am in a healthy weight range for my height/build but would feel happier if I was about a stone lighter. I'm thinking of joining slimming world so I can get support and ideas/help. Has anyone been to a group at all and what should I expect? I don't really know anyone in the area so will be going on my own.
Also whilst doing that i was thinking of perhaps getting some fitness DVDs to do at home, but I don't want anything that is like some hardcore insanity workout and going to aggravate my back (I can't afford to join a gym). Can anyone recommend anything?
