So I was kinda seeing someone and most of the time we didn't use protection ( yes) I know I was stupid any way Since then I've had a weird period suddenly comming on but no clots and mostly brown (soz to much info)but lasted Four days which is short for me but thought it was decent enough! But after that I started to feel rather sick randomly And really weird (never been pregnant before) so although I knew it would be negative i took a test! And too my Shock horror there was a very faint posative result but only when it was layed flat if I held it too the light I couldn't See a thing ! So as directed by online advice I took one this am but came bk negative I'm so confused now Should I go to the docs to be extra sure or am I being silly and deffo not Please help anyone all advice needed!

Thank you Im just worried the doctor will just sit there and laugh at me! If the doctor did that, it would be horrendously unprofessional I agree with the ladies - for your own sanity at least, it would be best to get some medical attention PDQ. I hope all works out as you wish and that you feel more 'together' soon.

Absolutely go to your doctor fora check up, you don't have to tell him/her the whole story just the pertinent bits, ie.not using protection, losing a Substance (from description sounds like 'old' blood not fresh......... ) doctors treat, they don't judge (( big hugs))

It may be that you were pregnant for the first test and it didn't establish and you lost it (miscarriage) I don't know whether a doctor can tell if this is the case but they can rule out infections and check that every is ok for any future planned pregnancies. Please go and be reassured, sending hugs
