Ya don't need to have turkey if you don;t like it... We had a free range chicken this year (was lush & huge) last year we had a chicken, duck and turkey all stuffed into one... that was nice too..

Only partial to the Leg,..don't like Turkey really. Much prefer either goose or duck at Christmas...which actually i think Goose was the traditional meat to eat in the olden' days!
We always have a choice of three meats on the table on Christmas Day!,..Turkey, Lamb and a big Ham, so plenty of choice for all and everyone satisfied!!
