I bought mine online, think it was Robinson's, but Ingatestone saddlery do it, as do most online retailers. It should be very cheap! (Less than £5 for a large container 1L I think?)

OK Numpty question but is 'Pig Oil' actually made from Pig fat? If not what is it?

No it isnt but I thought that too first time I heard of it. It is a mineral oil same as baby oil. I also wondered if dog oil was made from dogs but am relieved to say the answer to that is also no

I read about people using it all the time but have never bought it as I thought it was made from pigs

Most argi stores will sell it, ive moved onto neem oil as it anti fungal / bacterial im going to use it to prevent mud fever that seems to be catching us out, not full blown but still the signs are there.

Ditto as already said. I get mine from ebay, 5 litres at a time. Some I mix with flowers of sulphur, and some I mix with a bit of Neem oil - brilliant stuff.

If you do get some do a patch test first, I don't think it happens often but some horses have a bad reaction to it.
