I ordered a prolite from David Dyer saddlery 8 days ago, they took the money that day, then nothing. Their website says they normally dispatch within 24 hours or will let you know if it'll take longer. I emailed a few days ago and asked when it's going to be sent and they haven't replied. I've now seen they were bought out by Frogpool a while back and Frogpool's website says that item is in stock and will be delivered in 1-2 days. Am starting to get pretty pee'd off.

But Frogpool was bought by Speedgate about a year ago, so that information may be out of date now...

I used them years ago qyite a lot, then about 18 month maybe more I ordered some chaps that took ages to come , I returned them and it took ages for a refund

'Old' Frogpool offered a great range of products and speedy delivery. Since they were taken over by Speedgate, range of products has dropped drastically and I haven't found anything I wanted to order.

Have you chased it up with them? Because it's a bit unfair to post on a forum if you haven't given them chance to do something about it IMO.

yes Jill, I emailed them using the email address they provided for any order queries. I've also logged onto their website as their email said that would provide order tracking and it doesn't.
I will try to call them tomorrow but I don't think what I've written is unfair, it's just the truth. If it arrives tomorrow I'll post that too. I was posting to see if anyone else had ordered from them hoping I'd get lots of "yes they're great" replies to put my mind at rest!
