Hi everyone I have googled this to death and there seem to be mentions that its fairly easy to replace the Wintec Cair panels with flock but no mention of who/how/where. I wouldn't trust our local saddlers to do it! She said "oh you'd be better just buying a new saddle". Which I'd rather not if I can help it! The panels have gone all lumpy and just not quite right. If I'm honest, I'd rather just get it replaced with flock. Other than that, the saddle is in good condition. Has anyone had it done or recommend someone?

Can you contact Wintec? You may be able to send it off for them to be replaced, then have it adjusted locally?

Cair ones generally sell for more than flock ones on ebay, bung it on ebay and buy the same thing but with flocking cheaper? ;D

Tried to get hold of wintec and they weren't much use to be honest I had thought that, but I'm not happy selling what is essentially an unsuitable saddle.. I wouldn't use it on one of mine as it is..

Sounds like your best bet would be a good saddler, but it may cost more than the saddle is worth to convert it.
