Would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped spread the word about our Dartmoor hill ponies looking for homes.

It looks like, fingers crossed, we have re-homed all 15. A special mention needs to be made for arki who offered to drive all the way down to Devon to collect 5 of these ponies for other people and asked nothing but the price of the deisel. She has single handedly restored my faith in mankind!!!

So at least none of this little herd will end up as lion dinner, but I'm sparing a thought for all the others who have not been so lucky. Hopefully with continued work and support we can improve the situation instead of just mopping up the left overs.

Thanks everyone, makes all the hours at the computer and on the phone worth while, even though I'd rather be out playing with ponies lol! Well maybe not right now, I am actually confined to bed with a bad back and feeling thoroughly sorry for myself, so at least I have put my time to good use!
