... but I appear to have bought myself a rather nice Christmas present!! My lovely coloured boy Badger has very sadly done a tendon, and will be off work for the next 12 months. Filled with horror at the thought of not riding for a year, I clearly needed a new project!! This is my new young HW cob, who I hope to get out contending in some Showing classes next year. He's just backed, but is turning out to be a really cracking little chap.

Can't do a critique like SS3 but he is fantastic to my eyes. I wish you the best of luck with him and hope Badger recovers well.

Aaw thanks guys! I am quite biased and think he is rather special, and boy he can move. He's just 4 years old and lightly backed, so early days yet.
Having terrible trouble deciding on a stable name. Currently top of the 'maybe' list is Hovis!

Wow, now he is a bit of a stunner, and what a long neck for a cob. You haven't mentioned how he's bred.......................
I like the name Hovis, but I think he's too dark a colour for the name. I looked at him and thought Rory, don't know why.
