I would be extremely grateful if some people could fill out this survey for me. It's a test one for my dissertation, just want to get an idea of how/if it's working before I put the complete one out. If anyone has any suggestions to improve it I would be grateful for that too! Thanks www.surveymonkey.com/s/QKTZGLV

Okay I tried to do it but it told me I hadnt put an answer for the number of reins and noseband one, even though I had One thing which I found hard, but not sure what the solution would be, is where you think the bit acts. I use a loose ring jointed nathe, and it depends exactly where my horses head is in relation to where my hands are what part of his mouth it acs on... if its up in the air then there is stronger lip and tongue pressure, but if he's working round then its mainly bar pressure... And if he opens his mouth excessively (which during his tantrum moments he does!) the cavesson will cause nose pressure even though its normally loose... So I found that one difficult to answer! Not sure what the solution is though, maybe you could have a level of schooling question?

Someone from college had the same trouble, it was because there was a box saying a minimum of 3 answers had to be given, I did edit it but it's being a pain :S I don't need to find out about where in relation to how the horse is going it acts, just a general thing about whether people know which parts it generally acts on. Thank you

Presumably you only want this filled in by people who use a bit? I started fililng it in but I mostly ride bitless so most of the answers were n/a
