Thanks to the support and kindness of DGers, IH members and generous sponsors we have been able to raise a staggering total of £5,379.96 for our IH Charites of the Year. £1,050 of that total was donated to the Lambourn RDA by Kelly from winning the Royal Windsor Horse Show TREC competition with Pie and then there was another £50 she raised doing a talk for her local Women's Institute. The remainder will be equally split between the Lluest Horse and Pony Trust and Lambourn RDA Next year the nominated IH Charity of the Year will be the National Foaling Bank run by Miss Joannha Varden. More details in your December Listening Post. Well done and huge congratulations to you all .... you are all brilliant

On behalf of the Lluest Horse and Pony Trust please can I thank each and every one of you for all the hard work and determination that has been put in to ensure such a great total this year.
I know there has been lots of fun along the way but there has also been lots of very hard work and some sacrifices.
I have a few ideas as to what our share goes to and I will keep you updated as to what we do with it. It is a very useful sum and rather than it dissappear into the general funds I want to have something tangeable to remember all of your hard work etc.
Obviously also a very big thank you to Kelly who allowed us to be one of her chosen charities this year.
Thank you all from Tabby and myself (the only paid staff), all the volunteers and all the horses, ponies and donkeys that we have helped, are helping and will help in the future.
