Ben is coming to the New Forest (near Bransgore) for Stage 2 on 14th may and 2nd July. Ideally you should have attended Stage 1, but it is ok not to.
Taken from his flyer:
Solving problems and developing feel workshop
Do you want a training course that develops your “feel” and teaches you to solve your own equine problems?
Safe, ethical, sustainable and individual learning solutions for you and your horse
The aim of the workshop is build on the foundation of the first workshop by adding to the scientific knowledge and its practical application. However, this workshop also begins to ask the trainer to look at themselves and their role in the training process.
This workshop really explores the balance of art and science in training. The workshop looks in more depth at how to solve problems and how to shape behaviour effectively. It uses personal exercises as well as practical work with horses and the usual balance of participant driven content to facilitate learning in challenging yet enjoyable way. This workshop is for people who are ready to learn more about the science of behaviour who are prepared to examine their effect on training and solving equine problems.
