I was riding my friends horse out yesterday with a friend on her horse. My friend Sarah is relatively new to riding and is still a little nervous. Thankfully her mare is bombproof because as we were riding down a fairly busy road, a pickup came hurtling past us. The driver held his middle finger up to us and blared his horn a few times!!! Thankfully both horses were angels and didnt bat an eyelid but I've ridden a few horses (mostly youngsters) that would not have been so tolerant. I didnt get a chance to see his licence plate and am not sure what I would have done even if I did. I completely took me by surprise because horses regularly ride down that road and I was just not expecting it. Probably was good that I didnt get a chance to stick my middle finger up too cause my kung fu skills might have been tested
