I recall a thread about these recently on another Forum and I think the consensus was they were comparable to haylage nets in hole size.

Another greedy horse owner here !
To be honest, i don't know that my use of double netting haylage nets is any different ?
I know when i introduced the second net, it did slow him down and increase the length of eating time by about 30% ( compared to the same weight of hay in normal single net ) so i don't think i would gain much more anyway. Actually, if i made it more difficult for him, he might give up trying and i do still want him to enjoy eating ! ( Aww... )

why not just put one haylage net over top another haylage net to make very small holes!!

don't bother, just buy haylege nets and double them, as mandal says they are the same size holes as haylege, i should know I was foolish enough to pay double the price for them

Well thats saved me a few pennies i happen to have 2 haylege haynets

She is a greedy pony she eats all her hay then moves onto her bed, i have had to deep litter or she would have nothing to lie in. Her nick name is miss piggy lol

I posted about them last week, someone suggested putting 2 haylage nets on to one drawstring instead, which I did, and it works brilliantly!!!

i seen the eliminets a number of weeks ago , and i would not waste your money !!!

i use this haynet ! its the only 1 my horse has never chewed through ! and keeps her busy .
