Water in drains sounds different though, it is a long way down and echos. The stream under our road at the bottom makes all new horses spook for the first dozrn or so times because they can hear it below them but not see it.

I'll send mine up to you then Jen! It's so quiet by me, especially at weekends or evenings so she just never gets the chance to meet lorries. As a consequence she is not bombproof - sensible but not overly keen on tractors and large vehicles. I would love to be able to stand her at the junction of an A road and let her watch thing whizz by. Your horse sounds fab! jenny we have tractors and the odd bus around by us, so get stella over :-D hopefully wont be long now its actually getting lighter at night and the sun was out yesterday! Looks like it will be today too

BFG ,lol yes i suppose he is, im fed up because i want to ride today and lead fleur whilst do so, but no help bo ho, i havnt dont it for ages only done it twice with her and she was very good its barney who is bossy with her and now she is older i could have a fight on my hands,

dont blame you for not going it tho! could have been a handful to deal with! Im getting back into the swing of things after no riding for ages, when i did get back on last week, i was soo blinking cold and everywhere so muddy i didnt much feel like doing anything. Went on nice long ride today tho, mostly walking but a nice couple of canters by the river!
