I had one many years ago when I still used a treed saddle. I wouldn't use it with a treeless though as, unless they've changed it substantially, it doesn't have enough 'oomph' to give sufficient support.
EDITED BECAUSE I DIDN'T CHECK OUT THE LINK FIRST!!: Seems they've thought about it in terms of gullet clearance but 10mm of neoprene still doesn't beat an inch of memory foam IMO. ;D Have they just made a few adjustments to jump on the treeless bandwagon?
I'd recommend a Skito pad every time for a treeless - memory foam, 'split' down the middle to give a little spine clearance if necessary, spreads the weight across a larger area, removable cover for washing, etc etc....

AIve got a treeless pad but have a problem with wither clearance hence the high wither bit. The libra pad would be perfect if it was a high wither pad :-(

I didn't try one of those but I found the Barefoot Grandeur Physio pad to be the best for giving extra spinal clearnace. It's much firmer foam than any others I tried so doesn't squash down as much under the rider's weight and the physio pad is double layered so you can add or remove the second layer as required.

ahh yes we have one, its about 20 years old,we do use it under our balance pads, i cant think why spinal clearance is so important when after all we have a crack up our ass, and we sit straight load bearing into inner thighs etc, but then i suppose it depends on what your useing it on, we have rounded backs to play with bar brian who is the eternal point to point looking like he has had a hard life,
