Can anyone recommend a good equine physio or osteopath in Surrey
I am looking for one for Bons. She doesn't buck or have any behavioural issues when ridden but doesn't like to stand at the mounting block. She will stand elsewhere in the school.
I would also like to be shown how to do some of the lovely stretches and exercises that Pie does ;-)

You may need a vet referral but try Jenny hadland, Google her as she has a website think its www.jennyhadland.co.uk we use Mel bowden from that practise who is just lovely!! It's not cheap tho but they are experts at what they do and you pay for what you get!! Also Mel treated don (and aubs) but said no further treatments were necessary, just bi-annual checks, which confirms to me their trustworthiness! They won't keep treating unnecessarily! God im such a cynic!! Lol Hope that helps!

Kate Peckham is excellent too, she's on the ACPAT website.

Another vote for Mel Bowden but she's not part of Jenny's practice anymore. She can be contacted on 07796 364572

I am a chartered physio - I treat people & horses (and the odd dog!). You can find more information on my website www.VetPhys.comI think you will find my prices to be very competitive (£50 for assessment & treatment, incl up to 25 miles travel). I am near Gatwick, so straight down the A23 to Coulsdon. If you are still looking for a physio, give me a shout rachelmeasures@yahoo.co.uk. PS - My horse is also called Bonnie!

Thanks. I had a friend come and give her a shiatsu treatment. She has no major issues but is uneven in her muscle tone on each side so I'm going to give her a couple of weeks doing 75% of work on the right rein to even her up and then reassess.
Rachel thank you I will have a look at your website.
