She would happily come to you if you contacted her for a private bitting day. Her contact details are www.equestrianknowledge.co.uk or her e-mail informedbitting@aol.com. She is great to work with and very knowlegdable and fun.

Hi Roo,
I am back from Australiland but I feel upside down and I am jumping kangaroo-like instead of walking. I like the sound of a biting clinic (I mean bitting). I went on a Pete Ramey clinic and I am fired up on trimming. Have you got any trimming clinics or such like coming up?
I must pop round and visit anyway as soon as my brain catches up with head. (If that evr happens)

Just got back from a talk Hilary did at Guilsborough, Northants. Really interesting and a great knowledgeable speaker. Hopefully a bitting clinic will be organised out of this, as several of us there would like Hilary to help get the bitting right for our various horses. Would def recommend her.

Thank you Roo for organising this - it was so informative and fun, and I learned that I knew very, very little about bits...
And the food was plentiful and yummy and lovely, as always!

Pleasure - it was a great day and I feel much more confident in my knowledge about bits now, the results with Toots were amazing - we have another planned for later in the summer so if anyone wants to reserve space now please PM me.

Thanks for a great day Roo! A great learning experience - another voyage from unconscious incompetence through to conscious incompetence. I'd highly recommend this to anybody interested in horses.
Thanks for organising it and thanks as well to Mariaana for letting us see Toots in action. Really good to see the difference bitting can make.
Still dreaming about cheese straws and brownies .... Mmmmmmm ;D
