The lady who *did* see her dog again

I was reading this Near Death Experience account today and thought that some of the people on here who have lost animals would find it comforting.

The lady who died, Jan Price, was greeted by her beloved dog when she arrived in heaven. If you make it through some of the harder to understand and accept stuff, you will see that her dog, Maggi, was the last person to speak to her before she returned to life in her body. It's a beautiful account!

It's gorgeous, isn't it? One of my favourite NDE accounts. There is so much food for thought. I am sure I will remember her fireside reunion next time I lose a furry loved one.

I am on the hunt for NDE accounts from people who were reunited with their horses. I know of one man that talked about having a mind to mind conversation with a horse in the afterlife. I don't think he was a horsey man particularly. I know a lady on ndespace.com who is very horsey though, so it would be worth asking if she saw any pre-deceased horsey loved ones on the other side.

Personally I do not believe in afterlife and heaven and hell, and I think the NDE is just brain being starved of oxygen and halucinating, and seeing people or animals who they have strong emotions about.
If animals go to heaven too, I would not like to meet the ones who I have eaten! if heaven does exist.
But on the other hand if the place does exist I would hope aminals would be there too, it would be no fun without them.
