Just had the official call, our school is closed today so it's back to bed for me, woop!! Had about 3 inches of it overnight. Was a nightmare driving to the stables but horses happy enough with hay outside. Go careful everybody xxx

I'm fed up of the snow It took me over an hour to get home from work (normally 40 min drive). Going to walk down to the horses because there is too many slippy/snowy hills. I wish it would just go so I can ride and turn my horses out.

Snow is never as good when you're an adult as it was when you were a child, is it? We're in Oxfordshire and it took 2 1/2 hours this am to walk up to neddies, muck and turn out. We've got a good 7 - 8 inches, more in places. Work snowed off for me - not chancing the roads at the mo so brought loads of files home last night. Last time I checked remotely, looked like about 6 people had made it in to the building out of about 150...! Sitting her now with 2 jumpers on and hot water bottle, scoffing Christmas selection-box chocolate, kitchen stocked up with soup so not all bad. Dog loves the snow mind, will post some pics when I can! Hope you're all keeping warm, and safe journeys everyone!
