Poor lad, glad I was at work or I'd have been shot by my OH and mum....! Hope he found a good home, there are lots of good people seem to go to York, and nice horses too - my boy has paid me back tenfold for buying him there!

Not Forward Suz. Sam, you have done a good Job with El Rashid, I think, in these times, if all we can do is to look after our own animals well, it is at least something, and we have to accept that we cannot save them all. It has taken me a long time to realise this, how could anyone take a horse like that to the sale....

I was at York, saw the arab, he was lovely but I think because it was declared on the day that he was sold without warranty it put a lot of people off. One of the men who works at the sales was leading him round, don't think the owner was there. Not sure who bought him, fingers crossed it was somebody caring.

I was e-mailed by a friend that saw this post as she knew it would interest me. I am the breeder of Kaski. Karani was my daughters horse. Sadly we had to sell them both but we managed to buy karani back and she lived with us until she died. kaski came up for sale around 5-6 years ago but we were too late to buy him back and he went to a young girl. We lost contact and have tried to find him since but with no luck, we are shocked that he has ended up in a sale. Any information regarding Kaski would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Carmen and steffy
