suppose it depends on what size tha area one is doing it i ........ if I manage to do it in my frieneds arena its only a half size ( if that) school ...... if I do it in the field its counted out to my steps to roughly the distance so good luck in trying to work out if my icles are indeed 20 m ... am actually trying it out for first time over weekend so might let you know tomorrow lol

Are you after a special prize for saving me a heap of work, arabheaven? Yes, for anyone who wants a shorter test, the above is absolutely fine. It contains all the things I wanted demonstrated.

I'll print that off and go and do it - lots of wind and very cloudy - perfect conditions!!!

Well we've managed it - the shortened test took 7 mins Liz though so goodness knows how long the longer one took! My poor cameragirl ended up doing it on her phone which isn't so good - she'll upload it when she has time!
I was going to do the freestyle riding as well - but was completely pooped and so was Flynn more to the point! I'll pay you for both and hopefully get that done during the week.

Thanks for that, Louise. 7 minutes is ok, but I guess they'll have to go on you tube instead of photobucket because of the length.
Can't wait to see it...

Can you upload directly to You Tube? I can't remember off the top of my head how it works, but if I managed to do it, it can't be too hard!

Hello.
Is the closing date for this past yet?
I fancy having a go with A, but 7 mins may put me 6 feet under.
Regards Mags

Our sand school is how shall I put it, um, DEEP. So it's not half a work out in there. Will def need help off the clever lot re getting it to you as well? Regards, it was a pleasure knowing you all, am about to die a horrible death, in the deep deep sand of our compact and bijout indoor, Mags.

You had difficulty - I was in knee high grass - lots of good points for all the times Flynn didn't eat all of it bless him!! You can't see most of the markers - we don't have an official school so just had to pace it out - was trying hard not to have the really long grass right where the halt work was!
I have managed a freestyle today - it's a little different!!! But I'm not sure what they are going to look like up here - all in a good cause though!

You won't be on your own at least, Louise. I hindered someone with the videoing today. The longlining looked good but I managed to let the sheet with the test fly off in a gust of wind, so the camera wobbled all over the place as I went to retrieve it! Never ask me to help out unless you're really, really stuck!

Arcos on grass just wouldn't happen. For goodness sake he munches on trees as we hack out lest he may never see food ever again in his life, as if!
He reminds me so much of the film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory. Nice stuff everywhere, and he's just got to have some.
regards Mags
