Someone do my video. To me the biggest things are lower leg position and hanging onto inside rein

Well I think your horse is really horrible and you need to get rid of him immediately. In my direction!!
OK, you sit up straight, fold from your hips over the jumps and sit up again when you land. You look where you are headed, not down at the ground or the jump as you are going over. So not sure what effect the lower leg position has on that, as your seat looks secure and independent, but if you are gripping up with calves, stop it! I was trying to find something that I could see that could be improved, and I had to look hard, but yes, hands. Is it possible to keep hands still-er, more quiet than they are? For what it's worth, and it may be the video, but it seems like you are doing a lot with your hands, and each one idependently rather than as a pair. Your horse seems settled and rythmic so you're not doing anything to upset him, but could you make the overall picture a little quieter by keeping your hands and the contact softer & more constant, without spoiling the rythm, boiling over or losing impulsion? I'm no expert and you won't get me on a horse that takes all 4 legs off the floor (jumping) anymore!

right well now you have passed Dan onto rj and having read rj's comments.. re the hands.. actually thing there looks to be some tension / bracing in your upper back / shoulders.. (I know about this cus it what I sometimes do!) which then passes down the arms to the hands and then the reins.. I think if you let your shoulders drop more.. and your upper back soften.. not collapse but think about a kind of way holding yourself similar to yoga or Tai Chi and diaphragm breathing .. make a conscious effort when doing fast work / jumping to breath properly, as in diaphragm breathing.. like you should when sitting at work typing .... hope this is helpful
