Would anyone have time to go to the Home Page and look down the Specialist Horse Trainers and see if you think all the RAs are presenting themselves in the best possible light? I've had a look but I think there is often a benefit of some 'fresh eyes' on these things. If you were looking to send a horse somewhere or get help in which write up help you the most do you feel? Many thanks Kelly

A lot of the contacts just have prices, would be nice to have a short paragraph overview of the individual. eg all their qualifications, years experiance etc. especially for those who do not have their own website. A mug shot is always a nice touch too

Mug shot is a good idea, but if theres a link to their page then I can see loads of info and pics.
Agree re prices....perhaps prices could be stated as a range at the top with the intro. I think more emphasis on the fact that the RAs are not *just* ex students, and that many are exceptional horse people in their own fields too. Also, I know that the RAs will consult each other for advice on cases, but does the new reader?

I quite like it where the RA's each have their own website with further information in it (as not all do ...).
I'd also suggest checking some of the "More information on <name>" links as the one I clicked on did not have the named individual listed in the "More Information about our Recommended Associates" section

Can they get rid of the Christmas cellulite as well please Kelly - so that it is gone altogether, not just in the photo

agree that mug shot or "chatting to the horsey" pic and the testimonals would help maybe include the IH mender name which sent it as a link so it is known as true and not made up!! ? . also perhaps a clearer pricing structure as all lost in text in places. And also some prices come across as a bit scary so perhaps call out = £x + travel riding tuition £x for 30 mins + travel travel per mile = xp consulatation 1 2 1 for x hours = £x clinics = x min people £x sort of idea

Really like the ideas of mugshots too, or maybe some action shots of horses worked with / example work etc... Also I would want more focus on the experience and expertise of the RA rather than competing on cost - so would have a paragraph 'selling' the RA and his/her skills under the name - as it seems to focus mainly on cost with a link for further info - would even have it the other way around.
Also agree with a clearer system for costs, but again this shouldn't be the focus of choosing an RA

I think everyone as put it sooo much better than I did! Yes the RA's should be selling themselves, and to a point that the potential client is not bothered about the price tag they just want their chosen RA out as soon as possible!

Many thanks guys - if you didn't know any of the RAs which profile would you say would impress you the most? I'm thinking we can use that as a kind of template. Kelly
