Well I think reading through it is humbling to hear of folks like ninawith frank.. what an amazing task to take on for those who need it.. well done you.. and sunnylynn.. amazing..
I am very lucky really.. I will have lunch at Junes famaily and Rj and her hubby.. after sorting out and a happy hack on Flynn ( still do the poopick! well it still has to be done hey!) and see hubby later..
By the way I have the most amazing christmas pressie.. wtach for the thread..

Hiya Susan - I'm alone for Xmas too! Not at all a conscious choice but that's just how it is. Would love to be able to go and have a cuddle with the 'orses but they're unfortunately having their winter hols in a field 3 counties away... Ah well, these circumstances are what wine was invented for?? Enjoy your Xmas lunch! Sarah x

Oh Susan, sorry you're on your own.
When I was in the UK, I used to volunteer for Crisis so I felt I was doing something meaningful at Christmas rather than face up to the endless round of family staged events :-(
Also alone today, but have taken the dogs for a long walk in the fog this morning. Sun's come out this afternoon so I 'might' have gone for a ride however I have consumed a bit too much champagne for this to be a safe event hahaha so will just go out and give everyone some carrots and a good groom as soon as I've finished my lunch ;D
