are now up on the 'General' section of the EE website: Photos: www.enlightenedequitation.com/ee/boards/index.php?topic=25227.0Write up: www.enlightenedequitation.com/ee/boards/index.php?topic=25105.0No dead French blokes and not all of the horses were Iberians ... we had an Icy, a Welshie and another horse whose breeding I can't remember (I want to say Saddlebred but I might have made that up ). It was a great weekend though with lots of stuff to learn about including the classical seat, French v German schools, clicker, in hand, long reining, groundwork (a very funny presentation given by Jill, who is an EET & saddle agent, and Mike, Heather's stand manager and saddle agent) and also saddle fitting which was extremely interesting (and scary ... Jill shows us the innards of some saddles ... just don't let her near your saddle if she has a glint in her eye and a knife in her hand ).

It was, apart from being freezing (I never knew that Devon could get that cold) it was a brilliant weekend There were loads of different demos and it was so nice to see different breeds being worked classically. Ari, the Icy, was a little star, he's only 5 but was fantastic. Bonny (the Welshie) and Duster were fab too, all three were new to clicker, in hand and lateral work but picked it up so quickly There are still photos from Day 2 to go up but they probably won't go onto until tomorrow now.
