Take it off?
Or buy one of the hi withered cut ones which seem to stay in place pretty well?

get some of that mesh rubbery stuff [ comes in different colours] from your local DIY store or Motor type stuff shop. it comes in a square and costs about £3. sew onto numnah [underneath]. its brill stuff, i've sewn it on all my polypads, stops the numnah slipping. and make sure numnah is tightly fastened to the front D's on the saddle.

use the anti-slip pads but dont drop them cuz they pick up all the dirt from the floor lol

just being nosey - how come you ride with the girth so loose? Barnsby grip pads are excellent - if you set them in place right they seem to stay put really well. They are expensive though

Yep we canter like that. It only moves if he pings. He is high withered tb so it stay still no problem though have to admit i make sure I sit still in canter lol. I did used to tighten it once we had warmed up but as he is happier like that I dont now

Had some pretty good pings so far without it slipping sideways. Certainly doesn't worry me anymore

Well as long as you and neddy are happy and safe then I'm not sure I can think of anything else to help you with the slipping saddle cloth other than trying the grip pad - I would think with a loose girth pretty much all cloths will slip though? take care
