Someone mentioned a book by Julie Dickers recently on another thread. Unfortunately I am unable to find anything about this lady. If anyone can anyone give me any information I would be grateful - Thanks Jacquie.

This is a book every horse owner should read. Julie Dicker was an animal communicator who sadly died two years ago. Her web page still works www.juliedicker.co.uk/ you'll find more about the book there. It is my 'mission' that before I've finished my time here, everyone who has an animal will learn to hear it, or get an animal communicator to tell them how their pet feels. If everyone knew how much animals know and understand us, they would not only treat animals more kindly, they would be a little nicer to each other. Julie's book is a start to understanding what animals know and how they feel.

Hi Jacquie I put a thread up a bit ago after I'd read her book 'What Horses Say, How to Hear, Help and Heal Them'. It's available on Amazon for £11.99. It really was a fantastic, eye opening read and very, very sad with some horrendous stories! Definately recommend it though, along with a box of tissues!!

After I saw her book mentioned by a fellow DG'er on a Magrit Coates thread, I went and bought both Healing for Horses by MC and What Horses Say by Julie Dicker, have just started reading it today and it's addictive. The story about the mare who had a stake driven through her neck and how she told the lady to buy her at the market by catching her coat in her mouth, was so so moving.

Thanks for this thread, I'm reading this book now and I love it, it's really an eye opener and lots of food for thought. I am now busy trying to figure out what Gazdag is thinking
