Sylvia Stanier has a book.
Also, Mark Rashid has a DVD if you prefer to watch it being done rather than reading - 'Ground Driving'.
For classical longreining, there's a brilliant book by Alfons Dietze (sp?), he covers the Viennese & Iberian methods in great detail. He also writes about in hand work and lunging.
For getting started, Kelly's book Perfect Manners is excellent.

I believe the Philippe Karl one is good, I haven't got it yet though. I have the one by Richard Hinrichs, about long reining and in hand work working towards suppling and collection, it's very good
