I have a friend with a livery yard who is trying to get her costings right, against the competition.
She offers brick built, new (under 5 years) stabling on a properly drained concrete yard, separate tack room, feed room and bedding shed, ad lib home produced haylage, 24/7 turnout, and an outdoor school.
She is currently charging £29 per week. Can anyone in Deryshire and west Nottinghamshire let me know what they are paying for livery and what facilities they have, so that we can compare.
PLEASE DON'T NAME NAMES

price sounds ok if haylage is included for that and there is a school as well! i know someone who pays £27 and has a massive nice school (and free trailer parking) but haylage/hay is on top. i pay £20 a week but thats for stable and grazing (plus tack room etc) school, trailer parking, hay etc is all on top.

£20 seems to be the norm on alot of yards I know without the hay. Id maybe charge £35 for what you mention
