Hi Hilltop, Beenham isn't far from me! Is your horse kept at a livery yard? Perhaps we should copy the Oxfordshire DGers thread and arrange a fun ride together!

Hi I live in Newbury and use nearby livery. I have met both Tim and Louise (can vouch for both as people who really seem to care) Tim is caring for my horse going barefoot and has provided me with much needed support. As someone said, would be good to have knowledge of others locally, who are barefoot too. I have just finished a horse psychology course with Kelly and determined to do more as money allows!!

I live about 20 mins from the Berkshire border in Farnham, Surrey.
Hi Carina, how is it going? Good to see you posting on here
Do I take it you have been on some more of Kelly's courses since I saw you last? She doesn't do one that lasts a year though - the longest one is the 5 day Foundation Course!

Hi Carina
I am afraid that 'nowhere' is the answer at the moment! I don't know of anybody around here as yet, but if I do find anyone I will let you know. Tim has just decided I think that if you look and act like a cowboy that is enough! Not sure that Hanny really agrees, but she tries her best to humour him!

Sorry - pressed button too quickly!
Hi Deicin22. Finchampstead is one of my old haunts - whereabouts are you?
Pauline - would love to come to the pleasure ride but I am away (and neither of ours are fit enough to cope with that just yet!).

I really wanted to come to the fun ride at Bucklebury - it's only about 4 miles away from us - but we're away that day! We're hoping to do the cross country ride (with no jumps) at Hall Place at the end of April if anyone else was thinking about it? THere's also Highclere fun ride..
Hi Lou, how are you?! Have you moved yet?

Hello! I'm new on here but I'm in Newbury and live in Thatcham too Seabiscuit! I have just done the 5 day foundation course and have 3 New Forest ponies. Loved every minute of the course and am keen to continue with more of the courses. Nice to know there are like minded people nearby ;D Just getting used to how to post messages etc! How do I get a picture of my ponies on my replies?
