Oh yes! I dont have serious confidence issues, but when im having trouble with something and see some replies it makes you sit and think 'Yes, i'll try that'. Its also nice to not be pointed out as an individual with Confidence Problems.

Echo wozzer - a lot of other people don't understand how you feel when you lack confidence or if you have certain demons. but like kpick says too you can read something and think "Oh, I'll try that" but what else makes it special is the support and the encouragement you get from other members

Yes, has helped me so far. Kpick is giving me some excellent advice on how to handle my jumping ridiculousness (ta kpick) and everyone is very supportive and understanding. I think the thing I value the most from what I've got on here so far (and not been on long) is that when people criticise you, put you down or laugh at you for being scared, it's actually because they recognise what they see in you in themselves. I've seen certain people in a whole new light since!

Certainly. It's nice to have a sort of wobblers ante-room I can nip into where the help and support is so freely flowing. Don't feel quite so idiotic!

I think it is great because of the level of support, understanding, help and friendliness there is in this section. It is exciting, because wherever you are on the journey there is somebody who has either gone through it, or is about to go through it too. So it is a bit like having a virtual hack in the company of fab friends!!!
