I'm actually more worried about the journey at the mo, its around an hour & half to get there & although i'm usually really confident at towing, i'm just worried at having to go so far on my own with Zico who really doesnt like travelling very much. Still, hubby checked the trailer over today, tyres all good & pumped up, floor solid, everything else OK, so should be OK. Apologies to anyone travelling in Essex tomorrow morning, i'm probably going to hold you all up as I dont drive fast! Anyway, this is a 2 day novice/nervous riders course, I dont really know the course content but am hopeing to get loads out of it. I'll keep you all posted x

Yay see friday then sunnylynn. I am just coming over for the EFT bit. Becky asked if i wanted to join in as i found the whole tapping thing helped enormously, even if you do feel a bit daft. It will be just me, no Tawny this time not just for a couple of hours. I am hoping to do another course with Becky soon, possibly a clicker training one or maybe the four day if i can rustle up enough cash, on top of my RWYM lessons. You will know me too, i have 2 red stripes in my hair at the moment.
See you then, loking forward to it even more now. Shame you can't come too casper, it would be lovely to see you again.

Lynn, great news that you have manged to get "time off" to get to the clinic, have a really good time. I used tapping a couple of years back and it was another turning point for me. Good luck with the journey, sure that you will both be fine. I think that I probably win the prize for the slowest driver (in my lovely blue & gold bus) but I do try to stop frequently to let people past - amazing how many zoom past and do not say thank you. Have a great time and remember to let us all know how you get on!

Hey, we got there in one piece!!, journey wasnt too bad, better than I thought it would be. We done some work on position today (as in, secure position, feel safer as a rider), I havent rode RWYM way & it was very strange to ride in the position that Becky put me in!. Hey, we still havent done any "tapping"??, Becky said that we do that tomorrow. Also hypmotherapist (prob spelt that wrong!) coming tomorrow to bury our horrid thoughts away. The other people on the course are really lovely & I had a great time today, looking forward to tomorrow. I'm just a little worried about Zico at the mo, he settled in soooo well but i've never left him anywhere before, i'm sure Becky will check on him and make sure he's OK though.

Glad you had a good first day. I am sure Zico will be fine but can understand you worrying about him. Hope you and Nic1 have fun tomorrow, look forward to hearing all about it!

Hi all Well i am back from my morning of hypno. No tapping in sight today. I was lucky enough to get used for the first example and i have to say i felt a bit of a wet blanket as when you say out loud what it is that scares you it sounds so small. But being me being so open to these ideas was soon off on one imagining myself achieving all my goals. I am going to ride soon, so we shall see. The proof is in the pudding shall we say. We then did a session for another guy on the course and he did seem to struggle somewhat with the visualization. We finished with quite an in depth relaxation session and discarding all our ingrained insecurities. Well we shall see.!! It was lovely seeing sunnylynn and hopefully she will be on when she gets back with the very pretty Zico to update you all on this afternoons session.I had to leave to come back to work, but they were just starting some riding.

Hey, yep all went well, I was feeling confident in Beckys manage but then I do feel confident in an enclosed environment, i'm probably going for a hack tomorrow morning so i'll see how I go!. Nic, please dont feel like a wet blanket, I have exactly the same feelings as you! its nice to know that i'm normal!!!!. Zico travelled home really well, even though it took me nearly 2 hours (I wouldnt go over 40mph cause it was raining).
