Just wondered if anyone could help, will tell u the short story so u get the idea!. Last year after a long time of searching got given a beautiful 17.2 irish hunter on permanent loan . Let me just explain have a few horses, and have had them all my life, take in all the waifs and strays!. Havent ridden since a nasty accident at 16 and am <cough cough 37 now. Scooby was the answer to all my prays like my dreams come true at last i could ride again on my own. Until today when i got a phone call to say the previous owners old horse had died so he would be taking Scooby back. I am devastated to say the least, have not stopped sobbing all afternoon . So what i need is an old ( dont mind if there is some health problems) mare/gelding to just gentle hack from time to time. Must be safe as my nerves are shot. On permanent loan!. In return can offer a loving home with lots of equine buddies for life. Good references and years of experience. If you know anyone who might be able to help would be eternally gratefull. Dont mind travelling. Dont know how i am going to manage when scoobs goes, he has been mylife for the past year.
Thanks in advance for any help julie email on smithjulie20@aol.com or phone 07985700816 xxx
p.s. sorry its so long winded

I have a horse coming in that is fit as a fiddle who the loaner needs to return to the owner but owner cannot take so end result is a lovely but homeless horse. If you would like to phone me I am happy to consider you for this horse.
