By permission of the moderators - In support of EMW SANCTUARIES September 17th 2005 10-00am Autumn Black Mountain Ride A circular ride based from CASTLE INN, Pengenfford, Talgarth
Come and join EMW SANCTUARIES and enjoy a superb scenic ride across the Black Mountains - fast and slow ride groups for all abilities both rides covering more or less the same routes. We will be parking trailers and boxes at the Castle Inn Pengenfford, Talgarth (see map on reverse) and aiming to leave for the morning ride at 10-00am sharp. We will ride out for approximately 2hours coming back to the pub where you can purchase your lunch. There will be a further 2 hours riding in the afternoon. The pub has a rail outside to tie horses to and will serve a variety of bar snacks. The riding is mainly mountain tracks and quiet lanes, there will be one main road to cross. The fast ride will have opportunity to canter and maybe gallop! Depending on conditions underfoot. We will also aim to go over one of the mountains to take in the fantastic view. The slow ride will cover similar ground but at walk and trot.

Pub lunch available, plenty of parking. £10-00 each Approximately 4 hour ride (2hours morning 2 hours afternoon) NO DOGS PLEASE.
