Am fed up now , have spoken several times on the phone to the dealer, with them saying they will be coming to see her, also have sent a few emails requesting a date. i have now sent them a letter recorded ,giving them 14 days to resolve this matter or i will proceed with court action.. the trouble is the longer this takes the more we are getting attached to her, she gets on great with the boys and she even gives jamielee sloppy kisses to her face bless her..i so so wished i knew if shed come right in time. HInts for how to deal with this please...she ties up. not very happily but she will do it, but after she has been ridden she wont tie up, she has reared and lashes at the wall, any tips for dealing with this one please..its a lack of patience to get back to the boys i think, so im thinking time and practice but is there anything i can do to speed up this process. you know a miracle..lol

feed her when you get back (unless your working her hard) to distract her. Not quite sure what you saying, is she rearing when you untack her? Or untack her outside your gate or next to your boys if stabled

Hope that everything gets sorted out Gail. The waiting must be awful - and as you say every day she is with you the more you can't help falling that little bit more in love with her.
The recorded delivery letter is a great idea. Let's just hope that it does the trick. xx

Now that's the sort of stress we can all do without, especially with a living, breathing creature involved... however.... I would try your best to keep on track and find the horse you need.

oh dear i hope you get things sorted.
erm as to the tying up thing Ryan was terrible to tie up whe he came mainly because he was stressy about the amount of new people touching him. we went back to lunge rein passed through the ring and me holding the other end as then he learnt that when he freaked out he didnt get away (he snapped 2 headcollars, a few lead ropes and a lot of baler twine in his first week here and yes he was always tied to twine bit worrying that the headcollars and ropes snapped before the twine). dont know if thats any use.
