She goes to loo in cat tray okay (on two legs : and still cleans herself. Just feel she is unhappy . And feel this is going to end in the worst No nasties please, very upset about it............... How do you know if a cat is happy or notand how do you know when is time??? Her front leg lost nerves and its getting no better, but could take longer

So sorry to hear Kerrylee - Think you have maybe answered your own question by just questioning her quality of life in your own mind. I do wish you all the luck there is and will be keeping fingers and toes crossed for her and you whatever you decide. X

What does the vet say? Ellis wasn't too good on and off for quite some time after he got run over, shouted if I picked him up, slept a lot, hid a lot too. Eventually, and when on painkillers for a few weeks, he did get better.
Why is she on two legs? Is it just one leg at the front that has nerve damage? If she's still got all 4 legs, is it possible that having the nerve-damaged one amputated could make her life easier?
We did wonder, often, whether I'd made the right decision (at the end of the day although Ellis belongs to me and my OH it was my decision, him being male and no good at things like that) - and when he'd been on cage rest for weeks I did think I'd been selfish. But eventually he did get over it although his right hind makes a very good tail - it's no use as a leg and his tail was removed in February.
Have a chat with your vet, and see what he suggests. I know it's your decision and it's not easy either way but the vet may be more objective. I know that if mine had warned me how difficult an incontinent, lame cat would be to look after my decision may have been different but he looked on the positive side all the time which really helped when I was unsure what to do.
Fingers - and everything else - crossed for her. xx
