Was thinking same thing....but didn't like to say...not my place....
someone who I kinda knew, who had 3 horses & 2 shetties, has also passed over...perhaps she is now looking after these two..... she lived for her horses, was always in jods.... will probably be buried in them!
RIP Abbey
RIP Solo
RIP Anne

I'm sorry I can't recall Abbey but the old board was such a fast moving one. It is clear now that you gave her a wonderful home in her remaining years. I'm so sorry for your loss. xxx

I definitely remember Abbey! I remember the photos of her playing with your two boys when she first arrived at your place. You must be so devastated at the loss of your friend, but you know the lovely life she had with you for the last 3 years meant that she died happily and at peace. I was talking to someone recently about the fact that I've enjoyed taking in my 3 rescue cases and this person said 'yes, but it's probably very hard on the emotions, isn't it' I think that's true. It's amazing to see them come right and thrive again, and can cause tremendous sense of loss when something happens. So, big hugs to you. You and Abbey shared a wonderful experience which I am sure made all the difference to you both.
RIP Abbey.

RIP Abbey and all the others that have crossed over recently.
I was kinda hoping someone would remember her from her old life too ? If I recall, Abbey had a foal as a youngster, and have wondered where that one got to now ? But sadly I believe there is no past history to fall back on to work out where this foal could be ? (would be about 12yrs old I think now ? Dudey would know more)
Dudey, hope you are feeling better, time does heal, although at the time it feels as your heart is breaking and cannot be healed
