Well it has been one week and one day since I lost my girl. The hole is un-fillable, I go to bed thinking of her and get up thinking of her. She was my right arm and always under my feet for 15 years and now she has gone. My heart aches for her, the days have got easier, but the pain is still almost unbearable. I will never forget this bouncy staffie bounding towards me, I like to remember her like that, it seems like yesterday. There will never ever be a dog like her, I miss her so much. If only they could live forever.
Cassie you will always have a special place in my heart, when you died a part of me died with you. I miss you, and I will always love you.

I know the pain you feel.
They are both up in Rainbow Bridge playing in the sunshine together.
RIP Cassie.

Debbie it will get easier. We all understand the pain you feel, and know that it will be hard for you just now.
You know that you did the right thing and Cassie will be grateful for your attention and care. You loved her right to the very end and no dog can be better loved than that.
Take care, and rest in peace Cassie.
