Hi
I posted a thread yesterday titled 'pain during sex' and it has vanished overnight. This has been a serious and upsetting problem for me and it took a lot for me to communicate it. There was nothing inappropriate on the thread as far as I am aware (unless something was written since i logged off). Until yesterday, I had not spoken to anyone other than my OH and a doctor about the problem and some of the messages I received back were really helpful and reassuring. I have read through some of the other topics listed on the Anon NH section and there are many discussions that venture into the world of sex etc. There was nothing smutty in what was said. By removing it as though it was 'innappropriate' is like reinforcing in my mind the very reason why i didn't talk to anyone about it previously. Please could you offer me an explaination?
Thanks.

Unfortunately the Intelligent Horsemanship Discussion Group is not the place to discuss sexual health matters, other posts have been deleted also. If you are worried then we can only direct you to the NHS Direct website www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/ or an appropriate internet forum where posters would have more knowledge of the situation and offer advice. If you would like a copy of the thread please email the Mods and they can provide you with one.

Understood, but then please could you perhaps be a bit more consistent. I have just read a post whereby people were talking about sex drive and use of rampant rabbits. i then read a post about someone with a 'lump down below' - does this not constitute as a sexual health matter and perhaps one best dealt with by nhs direct? It was support i was after and people with similar experiences rather than a formal medical opinion.

Further to my last post, I have just read about someone asking advise on a sexual health matter regarding a potential cyst down below. this discussion resulted in a number of replies which offered advise and practical diagnosis - are these not best posted in a forum by people "who have more knowledge of the situation and can offer advise". why would this remain and my post not?

We are currently in the process of removing posts when we can as we do have full time jobs and aren't on the board 24 hours a day.
