Did anyone else see her?
And did anyone else think that her hands were very jabby and harsh on that rather weak and unfurnished four-year-old??

I did see her and have to admit that I didn't notice that at all

Absolutely not. Charlotte has probably one of the best pair of hands of any rider I've seen in years.

Yes, I saw her. To me, both she and the horse looked amazing. Good to see a piece on what goes on behind the scenes to keep the horses fit and well.

Can't say that I did. I did notice both horses had flash nosebands on though (grrrr) although it was impossible to tell how tight they were. How tidy and clean were those stables? ?

Just watched it on iplayer and no, I can't say I thought her hands were very jabby and harsh at all.
I am always a little confused by these types of threads, sitting in judgement of people. There is no wonder that people don't like riding in front of others, not wanting to get help, not wanting to put up photos or vids of themselves. If Charlotte dujardin, Olympic record breaker, is in for stick about her hands then what hope is there for the rest of us?
Not just talking about this thread lizpurlo or singling you out, it happens a lot and not just about riding.
Oh and it was nice to see Valegro in a simple snaffle and drop combination

Aaah, don't mind me, I reckon it's just 'grumpy old woman' syndrome kicking in! But I was very intrigued to watch C. riding a four-year-old. Just disappointed to see the same old, same old, I suppose, thought I might be uplifted. I just have this picture in my head from way back of Bertie Hill cantering down a steep North Devon field on a green four year old TB in a rubber snaffle with a cavesson noseband, and the horse hack- cantering with his hocks well underneath him, on a featherlight contact. Oh well, what do I know. Memo to self - stop watching modern dressage riders, you won't like it........
