Hello All, I started my course for my Intermediate Teaching Test last night. I need to get some practice in teaching, especially group and jumping lessons which I don't normally do, I normally do flat/lunge/lectures. Any ideas of potential victims in the Lincs/Notts area? I would travel further if there were more people in one area. I need riders riding at Stage 3/4 level (so between Novice and Medium dressage, jumping between 80cm & 1.05m). Lessons would be free in return for detailed feedback (good or bad!) for me, about 35-45 mins in duration. Please feel free to spread the word if you know anyone who might be interested. I will of course be contacting local riding schools and people I already know, just looking for any extra practice I can find! Many thanks

Hi. I'm on the committee of a small riding club in blidworth, Nottinghamshire. I might be able to arrange something with a group of our members if that would be useful to you. Is Blidworth within travelling distance for you?

The rider I have is capable of all that and very articulate too Not certain about the pony though. She is capable but not working at that level We are at Market Rasen. Rider is a young adult a student at University Sure she would love a lesson. We have access to an all weather arena but the jumps are a bit narrow

Garry you are local by now surely, you've been here over the pre-requisite 10 years it takes for the locals to speak to you?! HP - sounds good, I'd either need a few more riders near to you or to charge for travel though I'm afraid? For an individual lesson I need horse and rider to be jumping and able to start the lesson at least at 60-70cms with the ability to work a little higher as the lesson progresses. I'll be expected to teach competition level combinations in the exam up to British Novice/Discovery level so this is really what I need to find to practice on Garry, thanks for sending the email around, I've already got one taker ;D

£15 should be fine unless you're really far north of Market Rasen?
