Yes that's the one. What can that poor horse possibly learn from a session like that?

The horse is now safely home with its original owner--long story--long thread on H&H which for once has not been removed (although I believe the name was removed)

Mandal - you should have continued watching till the end - where the rider gets thrown off - Huge throw for the horse!!!

I really don't want to watch it. I can imagine the stick the horse got to make it buck harder to get the rider off, I saw enough. I also can't bear that awful cackling... what is funny about that sort of abuse? Yes, I shouldn't be judgemental (I'm far from perfect or expert) but imo they are a pair of ****** and should be banned from ever working or keeping horses for life. There is absolutely no excuse for that treatment and attitude. I see stuff like this and it is no surprize there are so many horses with 'issues'. They could have used the whip noises in the filming of The Secret of Crickley Hall.

Sickening. I find it hard to understand the mentality of these people, the horse looked super until they kept whacking it. Totally baffling...

'fraid I'm going to give the usual "please be careful, folks!" advice on here.
If you have direct cause to complain, do it. Otherwise be careful about sharing and speading any allegations, however much they are considered to be true/fair comment. Allegations can be very defamatory in nature, especially where a trading business is concerned, and the consequences can be serious. People are becoming much more willing to take action where allegations are spread on t'internet - look at Lord McAlpine...
Not for a moment condoning what the video shows, but let's let Trading Standards do their job and hope for action!
