I have been struggling on and off with my confidence for ages. And a number of things have helped. However this one little peal I am about to share with you has been the easiest and the most effective of all.
A friend of mine gave me a tip, when I explained how if something happened while I was riding I would get a massive adrenaline surge and then go to jelly. There I was thinking this was normal, but it seems it can be made better.
Her advise was to massively cut down my caffeine intake. So over the last 5 weeks I have swapped every other cuppa for a decaff and now I only have a max of three cups a day. And wow that a difference it's made. I still get worried and nervous but it goes away much quicker and I know longer get jelly legs when I ride
It might not help everyone but its working well for me at the moment. Who would have thought something so simple could help with riding wobbles..
