OK usually wear jeans but they don't dry when wet and too hot in summer so require an alternative. I don't do jods as I am a size 18 and there is a point where jods are a really bad thing, plus I've never found them comfortable. I have tried several types of walking trouser but not good, chaffing inside leg! Any ideas, I have a pal who wears cords but they are hard to get now unless you want hipsters and trust me that's as bad as jods. What do you larger ladies out there wear?

Try Fuller Fillies - I think they sell online - they have some bootcut jeans for riding and some very flattering jods too!

Fuller Fillies, jeans jodhs in boot cut or straight leg, and nice stretchy denim. But take heed when they say they are a generous fit, mine are actually a bit too big! I also have some nice ones (nearly worn out now) from Robinsons. I'm a size 20 in a trouser, but I also need ones with long legs. FF are now doing long lengths as well

Another vote here for FF, I love their jods, I wear mine with long shirts or jumper to cover my bum but I find them so comfy. I have 3 pairs of them.
I am a 22/24 and agree they are a good fit

Why not simply go for leggings? i often wear these when riding. they are elasticated, comfy and most of all cheap ;D

I think a diet may help lol! Leggings seem to fall down but maybe a better quality will work, also going to try the cord Jods from FF as they look OK and a long top to cover the backside!!
