[/b]James is a long term student of Tai Chi and has bought this approach into working with riders. He has worked with many top riders in the States and is quietly building a world-wide reputation. He works with riders, firstly on the ground, where you develope awareness of balance and imbalance in your body. This is then transfered to ridden work where you learn to feel your balance in the saddle and to apply the ground exercises. The results are truely amazing, allowing your horse to relax, strech and lift his back to carry you properly.
