I am looking for someone to share grazing. The land amounts to approx 4 acres divided into two sections of approx 2 acres. There are two 'starvation' paddocks as the grass is quite rich for good-doers. There are already two horses on restricted grazing as they have a tendency to put on weight easily. There are sheep grazing from spring through to autumn which helps to keep the grass down but there is still enough to easily cater for more horses. The land itself borders a very quiet lane in a small hamlet on the south coast of the Gower Peninsula. A few yards out of the field gate leads you onto bridle paths and a short ride in the opposite direction takes you onto the beach. The local Pony Club and Riding Club venues are a very short drive away. Hungry horses wanted!!
