you are right about lots of astride riders not being straight, then i do watch people jogging, motorcycling etc that are not straight. I do have to say that i never have a problem with my back riding side saddle, you are right if its going to be sore mucking out etc will aggravate it. I have far more of an issue with my right knee coming to terms with it when I first start! You are right about not being able to flop about. However it does not yet come easy to me. I do try to make everything right for my horse, he will do two classes sidesaddle and then seems to get a bit tired and tetchy, so I assume he is tired. I am going to watch the video when my sone allows me back onto the internet, think there is some studpid football on telly!! Reading loopylou's reply its no surprise you have no issues, have see clips of people who have jumped on sidesaddle and had no issues at all and look like they have been doing it for years, I am not one of the lucky ones. ;-)
