Surely this should be done as a service not as a money making scheme. The Jockey Club are rich enough and would be doing themselves a big favour PR wise. God knows they need it.

To rehome and retrain 4000 horses won't come cheap. All the rehabilitation centres need funds. It seems that the seminar is being organised by SEIB, not the Jockey Club. No doubt the venue and speakers must be paid for and the rest goes into the charity's funds.
