Equorum is based in rural Northumberland. We are a small, friendly and hopefully very effective team, bringing together a combination of horse handling and rehabilitation, Equine Assisted Learning and education.
We only practice natural/intelligent horsemanship and have a preference for barefoot trimming and kind tack.
As a charity, we are dedicated to offering Equine Assisted Learning and education in horse care and handling to those who are vulnerable, do not respond to conventional teaching or have learning difficulties.
We are also dedicated to the welfare of horses, and ponies that have suffered cruelty, neglect, or are unwanted. All of our horses used in our Education Programmes have come via our rescue and rehabilitation work.
