Does anybody know a good yard in South Oxon/Bucks? I have a 16 year-old former racehorse retired from ridden work and I'm looking for part/full livery (definitely not DIY) but not in a busy yard. In at night in winter and must have unrestricted turnout. I'm planning to look at tack shop noticeboards etc around the Henley/Marlow and surrounding area but I'm posting on here because I'd like to find somewhere with the IH approach. As he's retired I don't need indoor schools etc and the perfect solution would be a small yard with perhaps another retiree as companion, plus he's not shod so I'd like him out with other unshod horses to minimise the risk. Anybody know somewhere like this?!

Hi, i run a livery and training yard in south oxon near faringdon. We are completely non-violence and have trained through IH. My partner has alot of experience in racing and ex-racehorses. Your horse could live in at night and out during the day with one of our quiet horses or other ex-racehorses. Let me know if you would like more information. Thanks, Dani equineunity.co.uk

If you need somewhere further east, Grove Farm Equestrian near Didcot does 24/7 grass livery with varying degrees of assistance. The care is very good and IH friendly, my horse is there and I teach there. www.grovefarmequestrian.co.uk/index.htmlThis site is for full/part livery, there was another site just for the grass livery but I can't find it. Belinda is lovely, her number is 07768174075, tell her Annabelle sent you! Annabelle
